Open the event, choose your ticket types and quantities, tap Book Now and complete checkout. Free events need no payment. Your ticket arrives by email and is saved in your dashboard under Event Bookings.
An account is free and keeps all your tickets, bookings and wishlist in one place. Create one before you book so your tickets are always easy to find.
Show the QR code on your ticket at the gate. Each ticket has its own code and can only let one person in, so keep it private.
It depends on the event. Organizers choose whether re-entry is allowed, for how long and for which tickets. If it is allowed, ask the gate to check you out when you leave.
Some tickets include extras such as a free drink, a meal or a discount at a vendor. You claim them with the same QR code, and each claim is recorded.
Refunds are set by each organizer. Check the refund policy on the event page, or contact the organizer through their profile.
Sign up as an organizer, create your event and its ticket types, and share the link. You can follow sales in your dashboard and request payouts from your balance.
Yes. Invite gate staff, volunteers and vendors from the Team tab of your event. Each person signs in with their own account and can only do what you allow.
