Tickets on Party Fry are sold by event Organizers. This policy explains how refunds work and what happens when plans change.
The Organizer sets the refund policy for their event, for example "no refunds", "refunds up to 7 days before the event" or "refund only if the event is cancelled". It is shown on the event page. Please read it before you book.
If an Organizer cancels an event, guests are entitled to a refund of the ticket price. The Organizer is responsible for paying it. Party Fry will help guests and Organizers with the process, and may use money held for the Organizer to pay refunds.
If the date, time or venue changes significantly, your ticket stays valid for the new arrangement. If you cannot attend, contact the Organizer: their refund policy, and the law, decide whether you can get a refund.
Whether you can get a refund depends on the event's refund policy. Tickets are not refunded because you missed the event, arrived after entry closed, or were refused entry for breaking the event's rules.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method where possible. How long it takes depends on the payment provider.
Unless the Organizer or the law says otherwise, refunds cover the ticket price. Booking or payment fees may not be refundable. Perks that have already been claimed, such as a free drink or a vendor discount, may be deducted from a partial refund.
Organizers must publish a clear refund policy, honour it, and refund guests when they cancel an event. Payouts may be held while refunds or disputes for an event are settled.
